- Simply write a blog post of at least 250 words and post to your blog by October 15
- The post should be on a topic such as preppy names, or preppy lifestyle, or preppy fashion – in short, any topic you choose as long as it has something to do with "prep"

- 2nd prize: $50 J.Crew gift certificate AND a signed copy of the new book "True Prep"!
- 3rd prize: A signed copy of the new book "True Prep"!
How it Works:
- Post your article to your blog (the article must include a link to www.babynamesgarden.com either to the home page or to a inside page such as "Preppy baby names," indicating the post is an entry in our contest)
- Send us an email to neil@babynamesgarden.com to let us know you've posted it
- The editors of Baby Names Garden will announce and promote all blog entries from a special contest page on our own Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/BabyNamesGarden
- The 3 winning blog post entries will be announced and highlighted on this page right here on BabyNamesGarden.com!
- The editors of Baby Names Garden will be the sole judges of the winning entries, and their decision will be final
- Blog entries must be posted by October 15, 2010
- Any post that the editors deem to be obscene, or hateful towards any persons or groups, or in violation of reasonable good taste, will be ignored
